The third edition of #DelhiTechTalks was held on Day 1 of the Digital Citizen Summit organised by the Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF), on September 21, 2017. The focus of this edition was on ‘Digital Rights and the Citizen: A discussion on the state of digital rights, access and inclusion’. This edition was organised in collaboration with the Internet Democracy Project, HasGeek, the Centre for Internet and Society, Digital Empowerment Foundation, SFLC.in (Software Freedom Law Centre, India) and IT for Change.
