The Centre of Communication Governance, National Law University Delhi (CCG) organized a “Discussion on Online Content Regulation & VOD Services” supported by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) on the 9th of August 2019.

The discussion focused on prescriptive regulation under the Information Technology Act and mainly centered around the possible result this question would yield at the Supreme Court.
