The Workshop on Digital Governance and Policy was jointly organised by the Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University, Delhi, the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, and the Internet Democracy Project, in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair on Freedom of Communication at the University of Hamburg and the Global Network of Internet and Society Research Centers.
