Joanne D'Cunha is a Programme Officer with the Technology and Society team at CCG. Her work focuses on privacy, data and platform governance, and related legal and policy challenges. She's interested in investigating the implications of data and emerging technologies, and their interaction with law and society. 

Prior to joining CCG, Joanne worked with Tandem Research as a Research Associate within the AI and Society team, and with the Internet Freedom Foundation as Associate Counsel for Policy, Parliamentary and Regulatory affairs. Joanne has a Masters of Law in Information Technology from the University of Sussex, and a Bachelors of Arts and Law from Symbiosis Law School.
